...Anna had rather unexpected surgery (see ya later gall-bladder - your days here are over)

...Thanksgiving with the Oster family in Ohio, including several rousing games of "Signs" and "Ibble-dibble" (I - Ben - married into this without due warning)

...a brief but quality visit with Ben's extended family in Cincinnati on the way home from Thanksgiving (don't these people seem so much more normal?!)
...a fantastic ice/snow storm that closed school and gave Ben and Jake Patton the chance to create a brilliant luge course in the courtyard for the neighborhood kids.
...and quite a bit more (stay tuned for pictures from our great "study-break" weekend trip to Chicago with Andy and Amy Wood right before exams get fired up - which i should most definitely be studying for right now)
Sorry to leave you hanging for so long. As soon as Anna has that baby (who is squirming around like a champ - or should I say alien life form - in her belly), she'll be free to stay home all day and lounge on the couch, watching soap operas and updating the blog. (Isn't that how it is, moms?) Until then, we'll keep trying...
