2 more weeks...
We had our 16-week check-up yesterday, and all is well. We heard the heart chugging away, 136 bpm this time. Always reassuring. Here is the latest progress on Anna's belly... we expect the most dramatic change yet between now and our next check-up in 4 more weeks.
But in 2 more weeks, we are having THE ultrasound - i.e. the one where we get to find out if we're having a boy or a girl! Anna's already convinced it's a girl. We'll let you know when we do...

you definitely need to tell me if it's a boy or girl. i'm sort of hoping it's a girl because they sell the cutest little summer dresses over here for super cheap. and we need to balance out all the other boys being born around the covenant group these days. wish i could come visit your hostel this summer! miss all 3 of you!

I'm not looking forward to finding out the sex, I must say. I've quite enjoyed the androgynous side of things--this baby is and always has been "PAT" in my mind.
