Our dear friends the Hathaways love to find reasons to celebrate, so Annie came up with the idea that we should go to our favorite summer time snowcone shack and all order pink flavors. (She is trying to slowly introduce us both to the world of pink). Ben however was quite excited to have an excuse to get his favorite flavor --bubble-gum -- and for once not be laughed at.(above: Aiden, Sophie, Nick, Ben & me)

We have learned so much from hanging out with them over the past two years. We have watched Aiden become a little boy and Sophie grow up so quickly since she was born almost a year ago. I look forward to all the mommy wisdom that Annie will have to offer come February.
