Today Ben turned 29. To celebrate we spent the morning relaxing as a family and enjoying the cool fall weather. We bundled up for the first time this fall, grabbed some hot drinks and headed out to our back porch.

Twenty-nine years ago, I remember it well. Dad got tired of waiting to do the yard work he had postponed until we arrived home from the hospital (due date: Sept.18, ahhmmmm, were you running a little late?)and took a day of vacation to get some stuff done. It was a warm sunny day and you decided to just mosey yourself into this world. We're so gald you're here! Love, Mom
