Proud Grandparents

Ella has enjoyed every minute with the Porter grandparents this week. She is a huge cuddlebug when it comes to nap times on her grandma and grandpa. Sheila has enabled me to get some good rest, not worry about cooking meals and lend an extra hand while I adjust to running errands around town. The boys have had to be a bit more productive this week going to classes and spending a good part of each day studying. But we have enjoyed our evenings together when they get home from 'work'.
It has been a week of a lot of 'firsts' for Ms. Ella. She went to church on Sunday, to her first RCF large group at Lindenwood (our weekly college ministry Bible study), and to her first Wed. night dinner at church. Each time i was a bit nervous about how she would do but she made us quite proud sleeping through each one like a champ!
