Does 2 lines mean twins?

[B] I know, I know, 3 posts in one night. That's quite a blog-buster of a kick-off. But of course, this is the real reason we are so eager to start making the news of our humble household available for worldwide viewership - it's baby havin' time! Anna is going on 15 weeks pregnant, and is still trying to put a lingering case of the morning/all day-sickness blues behind her. But we are hopeful, and growing more excited by the week as we are ever-more believing that this is actually going to happen.

Our kid is due to appear the first week of February. We discovered this plot development at 4.5 weeks [pic taken 6/11]. We saw an ultrasound early on at 6 weeks, during which we actually saw the heart beating! (Right, only one beat - no twins.)

At 12 weeks we heard it thumping away at a stout 180 bpm. By then, Anna's stomach was starting to look a bit different, and we have been keeping a close and amused eye on its changes since [pic taken 8/5]. Yep, there's a person in there!
